All items may be purchased prior to the date of sale, just call 314-899-0098 to buy by phone. (am-4pm Monday-Saturday) All items are priced on the first photo slide. Date, Time and Location of Pick UP for any items purchased prior to sale will be given to the buyer at the time of purchase. For your safety and for the safety of the furniture, PLEASE remember to bring appropriate tools, vehicle, and manpower and help to move your item. The Refind Room cannot provide additional moving services and does not load any purchase.

Payment: All major credit cards accepted, pre approved checks, ACH wire transfers, Venmo, and ApplePay, and of course, cash. There are no additional charges added to any form of payment. All purchases are subject to state and local taxes. Individuals with a tax id are asked to submit proof prior to sale to avoid sales tax.

Limitations of Liability: Except as expressly provided above, all property is sold "as is." Neither The Refind Room nor the consignor makes any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property or as to whether the buyer acquires any copyrights or other intellectual property rights in lots sold or as to whether a work of art is subject to the artist's moral rights or other residual rights of the artist. The buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall The Refind Room be liable for any damages including, without limitation, any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages. The Refind Room is not responsible for any reason for loss of profits or business, loss of opportunity or value, expected savings or interest, costs, damages, or expenses. In no event shall the aggregate liability of The Refind Room and its consignor to a purchaser exceed the purchase price actually paid for a disputed item of property. Once an item has been removed from either the home or store, all sales are final.
