We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Bring your carts, buggies, trailers and dollies! We are BACK and as promised, we DOUBLED the inventory! We rented a tent, and filled it with 4 trailer loads of everything you need in the primitive and tool department! Plus…. The driveway is FILLED with lawn and garden, statuary, garden tools, ornamental items, patio furniture, and you guessed it… MORE TOOLS!

Need a ladder? We’ve got 20!

Need a hammer? We’ve got 114!

Need a gas can? We’ve got 60!

THINGS TO NOTE:

➡️ We accept cash, local area check, VENMO (free) and Debit/Credit Cards (4% Square Terminal Fee applied to all cards)

➡️ Driveway to field will OPEN at 730am for you to park and hop in line… so no need to get there any earlier than that! We will open the sale promptly at 9am.

➡️ All items are sold as is, where is. With no warranties expressed or implied. No refunds!

➡️ Please bring your own help to load and watch your items, but some limited help may be available.

➡️ PRICES ARE FIRM on FRIDAY
