We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Living Estate of Linda Dodson and Dave Adams, both longtime residents of the Carthage Area. They have drastically downsized and the collections are being purged! Come prepared to buy! LOTS of glassware and smalls, plus some incredible flamingo, NASCAR, Raggedy Ann and Andy, Barbie and Princess Diana collections. As well as our normal household, kitchenware, art work, yearly holiday and Christmas Decor, furniture, lawn/garden, primitives, stoneware, electronics, and our WORLD famous DOLLAR TABLES 😝

👀 NOT an auction, all items are priced and tagged for immediate sale both days. FRIDAY is FIRM price, Saturday is 50% off! We price extremely fair, whether you are a collector, reseller, or just average buyer.

👀We accept Cash, Local Check, Venmo (free) and all debit/credit cards (subject to a 4% transaction fee on square terminal)

👀 PLEASE, we ask that you do not line up prior to 6am either sale day. As a courtesy to the neighborhood. While we can’t prevent you from arriving earlier than that, we sure ask that you do wait to line up. A place marker or chair may be used to hold your spot if you wish to sit in your car til we open. Please do not leave premises.

👀 THERE IS ROADWORK HAPPENING ALL AROUND this neighborhood. Be nice and kind to the road workers. They have a job to do, just as we do. Watch for THEIR cones and signage!
