Terms and Conditions:
* WE ACCEPT CASH , DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS (2.9% fee with a $15 minimum purchase), and LOCAL CHECKS (with a valid photo ID).
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) Please bring help to load any large items purchased as we are not equipped to help load them.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember, all items are SOLD AS IS!

3) We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside the home.
4) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale.
5) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased. All items must be removed from the sale location before the end of the sale.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
7) Please do not bring food or drinks into the home.
8) Sorry, We do not pre-sale or give out prices prior to the estate sale.
