Living Estate Sale – 3-Part Event – Please Read Carefully
This is a Living Estate Sale that will take place in three separate sales. Please read all details below before attending.
The homeowners still reside on the property and may be present during the sale. We kindly ask that you do not disturb them.
The sale will take place in the basement only. Please follow the arrows and caution tape to guide you to the walk-out double door entrance.
-Be respectful of the property and the homeowners' privacy at all times.
-No 50% discounts will be offered until Part 3 of the sale.
-We will have limited bags and packing materials, so please bring your own if possible.
-We cannot hold items, and you must bring help to move any heavy purchases.
-We are not responsible for accidents.
-Please do not park in the driveway, on neighbors’ lawns/driveways or cut de sac.
