As a known and reputable estate sale company, we do our best to make sure all items photographed are included in the sale, but we cannot control what our clients do. But that 1% who drive on neighbors lawns, crash into other customers cars, talk negatively about everything while waiting to enter the sale, park in front of driveways… those people we would appreciate simply staying home.

Quick note forever: We believe the line order is reflected by the order in which people arrive to the address, not the front door. Having said that, there are sometimes misunderstandings at times at the front door. It always pays to be polite. We have had encounters recently where our lovely customers are yelling and being just rude to our other lovely customers. There is no hard pressed rule all us estate companies share and abide by. We want new customers. So Please don't be rude to each other. Misunderstandings happen. Just wait it out. We are a low-key pleasant company and we are looking for matching customers. Please be nice.

This house is on a tough corner of streets. You will need to park and walk to the sale. it's flat and there's a sidewalk. Easy peasy. There is a fence to the front yard from the driveway and we will give out line numbers there at 8am. Entry at 9am.

We are selling a Alumascape 32 foot Camper trailer with extending side room. This thing is ready to go and I mean ready. It has plates, sofa, chairs, work desk, blankets, shower, bathroom, bed and more. I couldn't find anything that did not work. Well maintained. $12,500 is the price.
