-We will have a public restroom available. In addition I have made arrangements to have a concessions stand selling water and soda during auction hours.
-All items must be paid for before being removed from the premises (This includes being put in your vehicle).
-We do not have staff that moves or carries your purchases of any kind.
-All items are sold as is, where is, with no representation
of warranty, expressed or implied.
-All bidders must present valid ID which will be photographed and stored offline for 30 days.

-If you are winning bidder on any firearm you must be a legal resident of the state of Missouri, and legally able to possess a firearm and will be required to sign a form representing that you have a legal right to purchase and possess a firearm in the state of Missouri. A valid ID must be presented at time of ownership transfer and signature and name must match signature on form.
-We do not accept bids on firearms from out of state bidders. If you present an out of state ID your winning bid purchase will be considered null and void.
-Statements made sale day take precedence over written material and advertising.
-Some areas of farm are off limits and marked with yellow tape. Do not cross yellow tape into private areas.
-Some machinery and vehicles, trailers, mills, etc. on premises of farm field are not for sale and are expected to be left alone.
-We expect our customers to act in a way that best represents themselves in a caring and kind manner. We do not tolerate fraudulent behavior, disrespect of others or illegal substance abuse. If you are witnessed acting in a way we believe is not welcoming of others or in a way which makes others feel unsafe you will be asked to leave.
-The auction company will do its best to represent items in the condition they are and not represent something to be in good order if it is known not to be. Bidders are expected to try out electrical equipment prior to purchase. All items are sold as is, where is.
-Please no hiding items. The auction company expects bidders to leave boxes and merchandise as found and not tampered with. We highly discourage potential bidders from deceptively rearranging box lots or removing or adding items to or from boxes or hiding items inside other lots. Items found deceptively hidden inside other lots will not be considered sold. *We do understand that some tools and mixed material box lots may have items mixed about and rearranged by bidders. We understand this occurs, but we want to try and keep it fair for everyone, so please if doing so, do so in a manner which keeps it transparent and fair for everyone. No hiding items.
-Enter at your own risk. Not responsible for accidents. Parking is available on farm land and may have uneven surfaces. Home is packed. There are areas of the home which may be inaccessible to some. Please use caution at all times.
