*All products are sold "as is," "where is," with all faults and blemishes included. Items are sold without any express or implied warranties.
*Prices not released prior to sale. Come to the sale and shop! That is the fun of it! We will also not have time to answer texts, emails, or phone calls during the sale.
*Come prepared! Bring your own boxes, bags, and packing materials. We do not supply them for you!!!
*There are no refunds or returns. Once an item is paid for and leaves the sale location.
*BE KIND to our staff and to other shoppers during the sale. In the end, IT IS JUST STUFF, and we promise you, there is always more stuff and there will always be another sale. It is not worth being rude to anyone if you didn't get your item.
*We have the right to remove anyone from the sale who is rude or doesn't follow instructions or protocol, and we can also ban folks from our further sales or auctions.
*We will have a number system in place for times when the sale is busy to limit the number of people in the house at one time. This will also allow those who want to be first in not to have to stand and wait in line before the sale, and it allows us to let people in in an orderly fashion. We will arrive and start handing out numbers no later than 30 minutes before the sale opens, but we could start handing them out earlier.

*Bring your own boxes, bags, and help to load.
*No public restrooms are available on the premises. Please go before you come to the sale!
*If you break it, you buy it! Seriously!
*There are many fragile items and no toys in this estate (except fragile and vintage toys). If you bring your children, please be mindful of them. THIS HOUSE IS FULL OF BREAKABLES, so don't be upset if we ask you to mind your children.
*We are not responsible for accidents.
*Please see the discounts in the sale description. We reserve the right to hold certain larger ticket items from being discounted.
*Our discount system is in place so as not to need to "make deals" during the sale. The deals are noted with the daily discounts.

This sale is truly something special. The owners have decided to downsize and part with a special curated collection of antiques, collectibles, furniture, Christmas decor, kitchen items, and so much more. Everything is super clean and in practically perfect condition. It will be displayed elegantly throughout the home and marked with price tags for easy shopping. We will have plenty of staff available to help you through your shopping experience. We suggest doing as much research as possible before coming to this sale, as many of the items pictured are rare. Bring your own boxes and bags for packing your fragile purchases.
We will be open from 9am to 4pm July 17th-19th: THURS (full tagged prices) , FRIDAY (25% off) , and SATURDAY (50% off am and 75% off after noon). EVERYTHING MUST GO! Exact address will be released the day before the sale at 5pm on our Facebook page OR our website: www.nicklasestatesales.com. Walk through, shop all of the items which will be tagged and priced, and take them home with you! NO EARLY ENTRY. PREVIEWS WILL BE POSTED HERE, ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE, and on our web page. We accept cash, local checks with ID, and credit and debit cards (for an additional 3% processing fee).
**The owners have the right to remove an item prior to sale time. If they decide to remove an item from these photos before 9 am on Thursday, July 17th, we will make a note of the date the item has been pulled in the photo descriptions below.
