Previews & Pre-Sales: For the benefit of all our customers, we do not allow previews of the home or pre-sales of the items before the estate sale begins. In rare circumstances the client, their family, or a legal representative withdraws advertised items before the sale opens and this is beyond our control. Whenever possible we update the pictures and description to reflect the withdrawal.
Price Information: Due to the volume of requests we are unable to provide information about pricing before the sale opens.
Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of estate sales the majority of the items we sell are previously owned. We are unable to offer refunds or returns except for non-working electronics returned to the sale within 24 hours of purchase. We encourage you to look over your items in detail before purchasing at the register.
We appreciate your being considerate of neighbors property & not blocking driveways!
All items must be removed by closing on the last day of the sale.
Please bring help when loading large items, our staff will also assist. We also may deliver for an additional fee.
