DAY ONE AUCTION on Sat. Oct. 25th at 10 a.m.

Real Estate: We will be offering this beautiful 5200 sq. ft.  5 bedroom 4 bath home by auction. This home has a 3 car garage on the first level and a single car garage on the lower level. The bedrooms are very spacious with walk in closets. The dining room is large enough to fit a table to sit 14 people. It also has a office along with first floor laundry. Sitting on a very nice view of 10 acres m/l with a horse barn that includes 5 heated horse stalls and a fly sprayer, and to compliment that there is a covered horse arena.

Auctioneers note:  This  2023 Kubota 3902 tractor with a Landpride FDR1660 finish mower to be sold with the house if the house sells at a sufficient price. If not the tractor will sale at auction the next day on the 26th. The original front loader bucket will be availble.

Terms for Real Estate: The house will be sold at 11 a.m. to the highest bidder with the owners confirmation. Opening bidding will begin at $750,000. A non refundable down payment of $10,000 is due on auction day by successful bidder in a form of a certified check or personal check with a bank letter of guarantee. Balance is due in full within 30 days. Property will be sold in its present condition with no warrantees implied at anytime. We will be accepting bids up to the day of the auction.
