We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Very nice women’s clothing including Coach, Dooney, and Brahmin Purses, plus a unique collection of “wow!” display purses including such names aa Alexander McQueen, Judith Lieber and Mary Francis (plesse note we do not have the original boxes)

Lawn and garden, house plants, concrete statuary planters including a pair of engraved KC chiefs planters, iron patio furniture, Sandstone Gardens Bench Seat.

Traci was well known in the area for being a lover of all things colorful! She dressed to impress and her home contents accurately describe her sense of style. Due to her recent passing, we are liquidating wall to wall of her home that is SOLD. No matter the weather we will be open!

NO PARKING IN CUL-DE-SAC and PLEASE ONLY PARK ON THR WEST SIDE OF DAWN LANE! Remember, we are guests in an executive neighborhood… treat it as so!
