Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of estate sales the majority of the items we sell are previously owned. We are unable to offer refunds or returns except for non-working electronics returned to the sale within 24 hours of purchase. ESTATE AUCTION SALE // This unique auction features the collected works of acclaimed Kansas artists Nick and Luella Vaccaro. Highlights include Nick Vaccaro’s signature Magic Boxes, expressive mixed media pieces, color relief prints, oil on canvas works, and pastels on board—each reflecting his innovative approach to narrative and abstraction. Complementing his work are Luella Vaccaro’s finely crafted ceramic vases and glazed stoneware. A rare opportunity to acquire original pieces from two influential American artists whose creativity spanned canvas and clay.
BUYING PROCESS
Bidding opens Thursday, June 12th and runs through Sunday, June 15th. This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Sunday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that items time.
PICKUP INFO
All items must be picked up on Tuesday, June 17th from 11am–1pm.
All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.
Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
Delivery is available for most local bidders, depending on your location. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.
PAYMENT
There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.
Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
