Directions

We are in Manchester (Ballwin) area. In the 141 and Big Bend area, take 141 to the Briarhurst Drive turn off. When you turn onto Briarhurst Dr you will pick up our signs to the sale. Our signs will be well posted, but you will make a right turn on Hazel Fall Drive to our street, Hobbs Mills Drive. Make a left to house.

This will be a CASH ONLY sale. Sorry, but there will be no exceptions. If you are not prepared to handle a cash only situation, you will need to go to an ATM. We will hold items up to an hour if you need to go get cash. We have never taken credit/debit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but are advising you up front of this cash only situation.

Hours are as follows...
- on Friday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm Line numbers will be given out at 8am.
- on Saturday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm
- on Sunday, doors open at 9am, close at 1pm

You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up any large purchases made up until then.

Pricing Structure:
Prices are marked and are firm on our first day, Friday
On Saturday, our second day, we will be 25% off of the marked prices
On our final day, Sunday, we will be half off.

The staff of Al's is always ready to assist you in loading your purchases with anything you buy over this three day sale. You will have until 1pm Sunday to pick up purchases. Remember, we are firm on Friday with our pricing. On Saturday, we will be 25% off and on Sunday we will be half off. Everything is priced to sell in this house, so be prepared to bring home some real bargains from this sale.

Remember, this is a cash only sale.

This is a little outside of our area, and the house has recently sold to a rehabber and is in great disrepair. This is not a typical sale for us, but it is for a beloved cousin. I have promised him for years that when he finally moves out of the area to be with his children, I would do his sale. I am just warning you, many of the building materials that are being used in the building project will not be for sale. However, there are tons of great smalls in this house and I still expect a great sale along with a great crowd as always.

The pictures speak for themselves. Even though we are a little out of our South County area, we are still a close drive for all of our regulars. It is the only sale we have this weekend and we can't wait to see you all there.
