We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

SPECIAL NOTE: there is absolutely NO parking on McKinney. You MUST park on Saint John Street and walk two houses down. Easy peasy. Large item loading will only be available in the small driveway of the house.

ESTATE SALE RULES: please do not line up prior to 6am on day of sale as a courtesy to neighbors. Raining? We will still have the sale! Feel free to line up front porch steps and there may be some general limited entry to begin the sale depending on crowd sizes. We open promptly at 9am and close promptly at specified end times. All sales are final, no warranties expressed or implied, no refunds. All sales are first come first served each day- no pre-sales and please no pricing questions.

Payment Methods: we accept cash, local Joplin/Neosho metro area checks, VENMO (free) and debit/credit cards with a 4% processing fee by Square Terminal.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD! We reserve the right to decline loading things beyond our ability to do.
