All sales are final and sold as-is with no returns, refunds, or cancellations. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before bidding and contact us with any questions prior to placing a bid. By bidding, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the item and agree to all terms.

Payment: Winning bidders must pay in full within 2 days of the auction close. The credit card on file will be charged automatically after the auction ends. Chargebacks are not permitted. Any attempted chargeback will result in legal action, and bidder agrees to reimburse all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by St. Louis Estate Buyers in contesting such disputes. Please ensure your payment method is valid.

Pickup: Photo ID is required. Only the person named on the account and matching credit card may pick up. Local pickup is in O’Fallon MO, Wednesday Dec 3 & Thursday Dec 4. Smaller items may be transported to our South County store upon request. All items must be picked up within 10 days of notification or they will be forfeited without refund unless prior arrangements are made. Pickup address is provided after payment clears. A valid credit card is required to receive the email link for scheduling pickup. Failure to schedule or appear for pickup results in forfeiture with no refund. Buyers must bring their own help and equipment for loading and are responsible for any property damage caused during pickup.

Shipping: Shipping begins the week of Dec 10. Your card will first be charged for the purchase total; a separate invoice will follow for shipping. Shipping costs equal actual carrier rate + $8.95 handling on the first item and $3.95 each additional. Billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders flagged for address mismatch (fraud alert) will not be shipped. No refunds will be issued for address mismatches; items may be picked up in person with valid ID.

Item Condition: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. St. Louis Estate Buyers is not responsible for condition, authenticity, or completeness. Bidders assume all risk associated with purchasing secondhand goods.

Liability: Bidders agree to indemnify and hold harmless St. Louis Estate Buyers, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the purchase, handling, or removal of items.

Legal: No buyer’s premium. This auction is governed by Missouri law. Venue for disputes shall be in the courts of St. Louis County, MO (or Jefferson County MO if that is the business’s principal location). This document constitutes the entire agreement between bidder and St. Louis Estate Buyers and supersedes all prior understandings.
