Property is open to public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, attribution, genuineness, value and other pertinent factors. Frasher's will attempt to describe the lots offered in catalog and internet advertising, but makes no representations with respect to the property, and in no event shall Frasher's be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, source, origin or condition of the property. Any further description as to quality, rarity, etc. is a statement of opinion by the Auction Company and there are no guarantees covering any possible errors or omissions. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect the lots offered as well as if they saw the item in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other applicable factors. Frasher's will make every effort to describe in detail each item and provide thorough information about same. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Frasher's is providing internet live bidding and pre-auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder realizes and acknowledges that this service may or may not operate correctly the day of the auction. Bidder agrees they shall have no claim of any kind against Frasher's or anyone else if the Internet service does not work correctly before or during the live auction. Frasher's will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who want to make sure their bid is acknowledged may want to pre-bid by leaving their maximum bid 24 hours before the start of the auction. Telephone bidding is possible by reserving a phone line prior to the auction for the lots you wish to obtain; Frasher's sales assistant will bid live for you while you are on the telephone. Frasher's reserves the right to withdraw any items in this auction.
Bidding on any item, whether in person, by phone, by absentee bid or via live internet indicates the bidder's agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth here. Any right of bidder under this agreement shall not be assignable and shall only be enforceable by the original buyer. The rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri. All bidders submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Missouri.
