These are the terms & conditions of a Baker Estate Sale:
We are not responsible nor reliable for accidents.
We accept cash, cards, Venmo, and PayPal.
All sales are as-is and final. No returns. No refunds.
We can help load large items sometimes, but it is best if you bring your own help.
Please be respectful by not blocking any driveways, mailboxes, or streets.
Everyone is welcome at our sales.
