All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. No line numbers, FCFS. There will be two lines. One line for the entry to the house and a second line to the entry of the garage and patio. Payment is by cash or Venmo, no checks accepted. The homeowner reserves the right to add or remove items from the sale at their own discretion. Sale prices are as follows: Friday, August 22nd-Full price-FIRM, Saturday, August 23rd-25% off, and Sunday, August 24th-50% off. No pricing will be given out before the sale starts. All item purchased in the house must be paid for in the house and all items purchased in the two car garage or patio must be paid for in the garage. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
