1. Items are tested to the best of our ability prior to each sale. If we are unsure of their working order, we will note that on the item tag on the date of sale.
2. Items are cleaned prior to sale dates as needed. (Caveats to this rule may include some garage / shop items), however buyers should understand that dependent on where items are stored, some odors or dust may remain, regardless of how well we prep for the sale.
3. Items are sold as they are, where they are. We will NOT have enough staff to help you move large items (or help carry items to your car). Please come prepared.
4. Bring your own bags / boxes. We do have some bags / boxes for your purchases, but will likely run out early. We do not typically provide bags or boxes for your items.
5. We accept Cash, VENMO and Credit/Debit Cards (a 3% fee will be charged for Credit Card Use). We will NOT accept checks.

We hope you'll visit our First Estate Sale of the Season. It is just a short drive to Pleasant Hope, and we've got some great items waiting for you. The house is full of things like glass collectibles, housewares (Tupperware, Utensils, Cups, Plates, etc), quilts, Vintage Toys, Holiday Decor, and household supplies. Furniture/Appliances in the House includes: A small Kenmore Refrigerator, Microwave, Dining Set with Bench, Dining Chairs, Cina Hutch, Curio Cabinet, Sewing Desk, Bedroom Suite, Recliners, Single Hideabed, End Tables, etc). There is also a detached shed that includes hardware, new and used tools, Decorative Planters, the Antique Desk from the Original Pleasant Hope Bank, a Cedar Armoire, and various chests (and TONS of smalls). Out in the field is the wood shop, where table saws, sanders, Clamps and various hand tools can be found. There really is something for everyone. The home sits in a small valley and is beautifully landscaped, however, access to the shop is up a set of stairs.
Thursday is Full Price (no exceptions), Friday is 25% off, and Saturday is 50% off. We will entertain offers for buying the remaining contents at the end.
Please note: items screwed into walls (including shelves, book cases or tables) are being sold with the home and not available for purchase. This is the choice of our client, and we cannot make exceptions.
