WE, nor the property owners are RESPONSIBLE for ACCIDENTS! We have tons of estate inventory, including layered area rugs. If your motor skills are compromised, ask for detailed pictures during the sale and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Unfortunately bags can no longer be allowed due to repeated thefts. Small handbags are welcome. Security will be on site during sale hours and security cameras will be recording 24/7. No jewelry or high end items kept on site over night.
Please no food or drinks, strollers or dogs, aside from service animals. WE love pets, but the multiple estates within our warehouse take doggies into over-drive!
CASH-based sale. Bring cash or be prepared to run to ATM! Non-refundable Venmo deposits can be made via phone beginning on the day/start time of the sale.
