**PAYMENT**
- CASH ONLY. No credit cards, debit cards, checks, or electronic payments accepted.
- All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

**PRICING & DISCOUNTS**
- Wednesday: All items sold at marked prices.
- Thursday: 25% to 50% off regular-priced merchandise.
- Discounts vary by item. Specially tagged items are excluded from discounts.
- Fill-a-bag availability is TBD. If offered, it will apply only to a small selection of designated items.
- All prices will be clearly marked.

**MERCHANDISE**
- All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees.
- Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
- Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting their purchases.
- Please bring assistance for large or heavy items. Staff cannot assist with lifting or loading.

**SHOPPING & SAFETY**
- Please be respectful of the home, property, and other shoppers.
