We do not tell prices or measurements over the phone or email.
We do not sell early.
We prefer Cash. But we do also take credit cards and Venmo, however, these companies now charge a surcharge of 3% added on automatically to purchases.
We aim to please. You aim too, please. This just means, we are trying our best to put on a weekly event for you, the customer and we want everything to be easy and smooth. So please try to help this by being pleasant with your other customers, by parking with consideration of neighbors (because they can shut down any sale they may choose), and most important of all, have fun!
We have help usually to carry and load items. However, some items are just too heavy for our crew. You are welcome to hire a mover. We typically have an alternate pickup day. Tips are always appreciated for our hard working staff.
By entering the property grounds, and home itself, you relieve the owner and Luby's Great Estate of all Responsibility of damage to you and your vehicle. Please understand that you are responsible for each and every step you take, or item you touch. And some of these items or steps may hurt you.

Description & Details
Please note, this sale is on a street that only has eight houses. So we’re gonna close off the street because the cul-de-sac is not even big enough to turn around then. You can park on Adams all over the place so it’s a very short walk to the house.
SATURDAY ONLY 8am-4pm
no line numbers!!
Walking in this house was crazy. A real 1950s decorated high-end home with some great furniture, some antique Vintage Clothing, great glassware and good furniture. Lots of old!
Thank you for using EstateSales.NET. You're the best!
