This is a nice downsizing sale, the owner moved into assisted living. There's a pretty good chance this house will be a teardown. It's a narrow street, so parking will be on one side only. Signs should be up, hopefully the police will do that. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR MORE PARKING INFO!!

I've been trying to get info from DesPeres all week with no success. It's important that there be parking on 1 side only, so if necessary, we will put up signs. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes. There is a wide bike lane on Ballas, which is St. Louis County, so it's possible that it's OK to park there carefully. There are also other streets nearby that could provide parking. UPDATE: DesPeres has put up parking signs on Elaine Dr.!
