This packed Town & Country estate auction currently features 700+ lots, with another 100+ lots expected to be added by Tuesday night. Highlights of the sale include multiple Mid Century Modern George Nelson Omni Space Storage Systems / wall units, several beautiful Waterford crystal pieces, multiple mahogany furniture pieces, a huge collection of books including several rare antique titles, a stunning king-size mahogany four-poster canopy bed, artwork, decorative antiques, and much more. You’ll also find tons of everyday household items throughout the auction, including many new-in-box items. This is a truly packed estate filled with everything from quality furnishings and collectibles to everyday treasures.

Auction begins closing Sunday night with the first lot ending at 7:00 PM CST. Lots will close at a rate of 11 seconds apart with a soft close.

PICK UP: Pickup will take place on Memorial Day Monday from Noon to 6:00 PM. We will return Tuesday from Noon to 4:00 PM with LIMITED staff available. Monday will be the MAIN pickup day, so please plan accordingly.

PLEASE BRING HELP to remove your items and furniture. Staff will not be available to move or carry large items. Buyers are responsible for loading their own purchases.

LOCATION NOTES:

>Lots 5–399 are located on the main level and in the garage.

>Lots 400–599 are located upstairs.

>Lots 600 and up are located in the basement.

Please note there are stairs involved and while the basement does have walkout access points, it is still a decent walk to the street. BRING HELP for heavy or oversized items.
