PAYMENT: Cash Preferred. Credit Cards Accepted with a 3% additional fee. No checks will be accepted.
HANDLING & REMOVAL: You handle merchandise at your own risk. You are responsible for the safe removal and transport of items you purchase; Exhibit A Productions is not responsible for injury or damage occurring during loading or transport.
DELIVERY: Delivery may be available dependent on delivery location for an additional fee. If Delivery is needed first come first serve basis.

Exhibit A Productions is not responsible for any reason for loss of profits or business, loss of opportunity or value, expected savings or interest, costs, damages, or expenses. Once an item has been removed from the place of purchase, all sales are final.
