We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

We are pleased to bring to market the SENECA “STRAWBERRY” SALE, liquidating the estate of Noreen Neff Harper, who taught 3rd grade in Seneca for 37 years.

Ms. Noreen was a classy woman, and lover of all things red! From Pink Depression glass, to Red Hat Society, to a major collector of Strawberry Decor and Vintage Strawberry Shortcake. You will be amazed at just how much Ms Noreen stuffed away in totes in the garage! She lived for Christmas and Santa’s were her speciality.

On behalf of her estate heirs, we will be liquidating WALL to WALL, of her belongings and home contents. The pictures share a story of what Ms. Noreen collected over her lifetime.

ESTATE SALE TERMS: we accept cash, local checks, VENMO (free)

and all major credit/debit cards (subject to a 4% fee). All sales are final, no warranties expressed or implied, no refunds, all sales are first come first served, and we do not offer presales or answer pricing questions. Friday is FIRM price, Saturday is discount day!

🍓 Clothing Sizes are medium to large and shoes range from 7-9, most are brand new! Most of the clothing has never been worn. Jewelry is being sold in big bag lots as well as a lot of small individual items.
