The Buckmaster Hudson Estate Auction Terms & Conditions:

Thank you for reviewing the terms and conditions below carefully. You will find the information helpful as you participate in the online-only auction.

1. Registration: To bid, register, and create a username and password. If you are a returning bidder, you must update any information that may have changed on your account.

2. Payment Method: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or Cash. Checks are not accepted.

3. Buyer's Premium: A 10% buyer's fee will be applied to your invoice total. (For example, if the total for all items purchased is $100.00, the Buyer's Premium applied will be $10.00, and your total invoice will be $110.00.)

4. Due Diligence: Every effort has been made to provide the information, descriptions, and photos that best represent each item in the auction. However, accuracy is not guaranteed, and each bidder is responsible for conducting independent due diligence concerning items of interest.

5. Warranty: All items are sold as is, where is, without warranty expressed or implied.

6. Changes to the Auction: To best respond to various circumstances during the auction, changes to specific lots, descriptions, and photos may become necessary and occur without notice. Lots may be added, combined, or removed without notice.

7. Agency: Generations Real Estate & Auction LLC is an agent of the seller only.

8. Soft Closing: Generations online auctions are designed to allow everyone to participate and bid. At the designated time, the auction is set to begin closing, and each lot closes in sequential order. If a bid is placed on a lot within one minute of its closing time, it will remain open for two additional minutes. If another bid is placed within that time, it will remain open until all "dynamic" bids have ceased.

9. Successful Bidder: If you are the successful bidder, you are responsible for paying for the lot(s) you have won at the price of your final bid.

10. Payment: At the close of the auction, the credit card you provided will be automatically charged for the total price of your purchases plus a 10% Buyer's Premium.

11. Item Pick-Up: You are responsible for picking up and removing all purchased items, which must be collected on Tuesday, March 31st. Please remember to present your paid invoice at the time of pickup. If you need assistance with removal or loading, make sure to arrange this before your arrival, as the auction company is unable to help with these tasks. If you are unable to arrive on Tuesday, March 31st, please note that all items will be forfeited.

12. Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues with the online bidding software, Generations Real Estate, LLC. reserves the right to extend a portion or all of the auction.

13. Shipping: Shipping is available for small to medium-sized items and is charged directly to the buyer through Shipping Saint. Shipping inquiries must be made before the auction closes. Shipping must be requested by Tuesday, March 31st, and paid for by Wednesday, April 1st. Generations Real Estate, LLC. reserves the right to deny shipping at any time and for any item.
