• All sales are final. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• Cash preferred, will take other payment. Please bring small bills when possible.

• Prices are firm at the beginning of the sale. Discounts may be offered later in the sale at our discretion.

• No holds without payment. An item is not considered sold until it has been paid for.

• Please bring your own help to move and load furniture and other large items. We are unable to guarantee assistance with loading.

• Purchased furniture and large items must be picked up by Saturday 9/26. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation and pickup.

• Please do not remove price tags or SOLD tags from merchandise.

• Please be careful while shopping. The homeowner/seller is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property.

• Children must remain with an adult at all times. Due to the amount of merchandise and breakable items in the home, please supervise children closely.

• Please be respectful of the home, merchandise, neighbors, driveways, lawns, and other shoppers.

• Do not block driveways or mailboxes when parking.

• We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside the home at one time if necessary.
