Load Outs: Load out assistance by our moving staff is available for large items during most of our open hours, unless the price tag notes professional movers required.

Price Information: Due to the volume of requests we are unable to provide information about pricing before the sale opens.

Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of estate sales the majority of the items we sell are previously owned. We are unable to offer refunds or returns except for non-working electronics returned to the sale within 24 hours of purchase. We encourage you to look over your items in detail before purchasing at the register.

ESTATE AUCTION SALE // Brown Button brings you an online sale featuring a selection of luxury finds, including contemporary and antique furnishings. Highlights include an Arhaus Tuscany dining table with chairs, a Zone Electric golf cart, a King Hickory down filled sectional, a pair of Sam Moore armchairs, an Arhaus Portsmouth chair in custom upholstery, and a vintage extension dining table with six chairs.

BUYING PROCESS

Bidding opens Thursday, September 25th and runs through Saturday, September 27th. This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Saturday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item's time.

PICKUP INFO

Item pickup is Tuesday, September 30th from 2:00pm-5:00pm in Loch Lloyd, MO (64012).

All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.

Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.

Delivery is available for most local bidders, depending on your location. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.

PAYMENT

There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.

Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
