ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are sold as is-please inspect them to satisfy yourself before payment. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
LIABILITY DEFERMENT: Neither we nor the estate are liable for accidents, injury or loss of property of any kind. Visit this property at your own risk and please be careful. We do offer loading assistance but without liability for loss or damage to your purchases or vehicles.
LAST MINUTE CHANGES: If our client decides to pull anything from the sale or add something to the sale, we do our best to update the pictures and descriptions as we are aware of it.
LINE #'S: We usually hand them out on the first day of the sale about 7:30 am.
PRICING: We don't give out prices before the sale starts.
