Select larger furniture pieces are available to purchase prior to the estate sale. Pricing will be listed directly under each applicable photo.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to mark an item SOLD, with the remaining balance due at pickup.

Because the home is currently staged, all pre-sold furniture must remain in the home until sale weekend. Pickup will be Saturday or Sunday during the estate sale only.
