Description & Details
Let's get to the skinny of it all right off the bat. This is a smaller house that is loaded with stuff. We mean LOADED. It has a basement. The stairs to the basement are scary. Be afraid. Be very afraid. (You get a gold star if you know the movie referenced just now.) Seriously, the stairs are a wee bit tricky to descend. And we did say the house is smaller. With all that being said we have some things for you to know:
- We will probably have to monitor the number of people allowed in the house to start. We hate doing that but sometimes it is necessary for the safety of everyone involved. We will do our best to get everyone in the door as quickly as possible.
- If you walk with the assistance of a cane or your best friend or any object close enough to grab hold of, you need to maybe not attempt to go down the stairs. We will do what we can to assist people but please know your limitations. Nothing is worth falling down stairs to see or buy.
- We love kids. We love that you have kids. We have kids. Sometimes kids and estate sales don't always go together. This house is not a good place to bring your kids. It is loaded with lots of breakable items, and it is gonna be a very tight space.
- We also love pets. We love that you have pets. We kindly ask that you do not bring your pet into the sale house. This is not the house for you to have your pet on a leash walking around.
We really try to be laid back and easy going at our sales. We hate to have to make these types of rules for this sale but sometimes situations demand different guidelines. We want this sale to be a great sale for everyone, and we want to ensure items aren't damaged/broken for our client. We hope you understand. If you have any questions, we will be happy to discuss them with you. Just give us a call.
Now onto the sale info! As stated previously, this house is loaded with stuff. It's definitely one that you will enjoy just seeing. We will enter through the front door and exit/check out through the back patio. At least the first day we will. Sometimes we move checkout once we have cleared a few things out and we may move it at some point. Some of the items you will find include:
