We charge sales tax. If you have a tax exemption certificate... bring a copy to avoid being charged sales tax. EVERYONE PAYS SALES TAX. IT'S THE LAW. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes all people who "say" they will bring or email it later. We will not be able to make you a copy, so please be prepared.

The "Estate" reserves the right to pull any item at any time.
We DO NOT hold items. It is not fair to other buyers!
We DO NOT settle disputes between two people wanting to purchase the same item.

We ARE NOT responsible for accidents.
