All items will be sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without guarantees or warranties from Back Porch Ranch Auctions. It is the sole responsibility of each bidder to personally inspect each item he/she wishes to purchase. The items are selling AS IS with YOU making the decision in regard to authenticity.

Our staff is limited. Therefore when you purchase large items, please bring enough help. Our staff is here to assist you and all other purchasers in locating items but not here to transport or load them. Buyer is responsible for bringing all packing (boxes, paper, bubble wrap, etc) and loading materials (blankets, rope, straps, etc).
