All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items and ask questions prior to purchase.
Online Sale
Items sold during the online sale are awarded to the first confirmed buyer. Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation.
Items must be picked up during the designated pickup window on Saturday, February 21. Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time without prior approval may be resold or donated at the discretion of the estate sale company.
Pickup & Removal
Buyers are responsible for loading, moving, and securing their purchases. Please bring adequate help, tools, and packing materials for large or heavy items. No assistance will be provided with loading.
Local Pickup Only
No shipping is available.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of purchase. No checks will be accepted.
Pricing
Prices are firm unless otherwise stated. Any discounts will be announced at the discretion of the estate sale company.

By entering the property, buyers assume all risks associated with shopping at an estate sale. The estate sale company and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages.

This Diamondhead estate sale is being listed early to allow shoppers time to plan. Photos and item details will be added daily beginning February 10 once access to the home begins.
The sale will feature a curated online pre-sale followed by in-person pickup and bonus shopping.

The sewing room is well-stocked with years of accumulated materials, making this a great opportunity for quilters, embroiderers, crafters, and resellers to stock up.
