Bidders are charged a 13% Buyer's Fee;

Buyer’s Fee reduced by 3% to 10% buyer’s premium if the customer pays by Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, Zelle, ACH, or Venmo. 

A $25 Processing Fee Will be added to the buyer's invoice for the cost of mailing title documentation.
