Cash, Approved Checks, and Credit Cards Accepted – A 3.5% service charge applies to all credit card transactions.
7% Sales Tax Will Be Collected unless you provide a valid Mississippi Sales Tax ID at the time of purchase. To be tax exempt, you must submit a copy of your license and MS Sales Tax ID for our records.
The Estate Reserves the Right to Pull Any Item at Any Time.
We DO NOT Hold Items – It’s not fair to other buyers.
We DO NOT Settle Disputes between buyers wanting the same item.
Shoplifters Will Be Prosecuted.
Please Be Courteous to Others While Shopping.
Please Park Responsibly – Park on the same side of the street as the sale and do not block driveways or mailboxes.
Please No Pets.
Be Prepared to Load Your Own Purchases – Bring help, tools, boxes, and wrapping material.
