Parking: Limited parking. Don’t block driveways.
Bids: Accepted Sat & Sun for review after the sale.

💵 $10 cash admission per person
🍷 Includes: 10% off all purchases Thursday evening, and 2 drink tickets (wine, beer, soda, or water)

Saturday, July 12th – Public Sale
⏰ 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sunday, July 13th – Half Price Day
⏰ 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
💵 $10 minimum purchase per person on Sunday

🛑 Important Details:
Cash and credit cards accepted.
No prices will be given by phone, text, or email—please come in person to shop.
All sales are final.
Please bring help to load any large or heavy items. Some pieces are located on the second floor and will need to be moved by you or your movers.
No early birds (except Thursday ticket holders).
Bids will be accepted Saturday and Sunday for consideration at the end of the sale.
Be mindful of parking—do not block driveways.
