Pickup and Bonus Shopping:
Pickup and bonus shopping will take place Friday, July 3, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM during the designated pickup window. Items not picked up during the scheduled time, without prior approval, may be resold or donated at the discretion of 228 Estate without refund.

Loading:
Please bring adequate help, tools, dollies, and packing materials for loading large or heavy purchases. Loading assistance will not be available.

Local Pickup Only:
This sale is for local pickup only. No shipping or delivery is available.

Payment:
Accepted payment methods for pickup and bonus shopping are cash and credit card. Credit card purchases will include a 3.5% processing fee.

Item Condition:
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and asking questions prior to purchase.

All Sales Final:
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.

Safety:
By entering the property, all shoppers assume responsibility for their own safety. 228 Estate and the property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages occurring on the property or during the removal of purchased items.

Unclaimed Purchases:
Items not picked up during the designated pickup window without prior arrangements will be considered abandoned and may be resold or donated at the discretion of 228 Estate.
