•Raffle tickets will be handed out as you arrive
•At 9am, 10 numbers will be drawn for a 5 minute head start entry
•The remaining in line will be able to enter on a first come first served basis
•Please bring your own bags. We will have several, but there are a limited number available
•Coffee and Hot Chocolate will be available in the home.
•Please be respectful of other shoppers and of the home
•There will 1 designated entry and exit door.
•Enter the home at your own risk. In & Out Estate Sales is not responsible for any personal accidents, injuries or harm. Please use patience and caution as you make your way through the home
•If you do not see a price tag or sticker, please bring the item to the register and it will be priced for you. If you decide you no longer want the item, we will return it to its place for you
•There will a holding area available for you if you have your arms full and would like to continue shopping. We will assign a number to a box, label it for you and return it to you when you are ready to check out.
