Terms

• Please do not park in the driveway unless removing furniture.

• We will accept cash, Venmo, and credit cards with proper ID.

• We will provide numbers an hour before the sale starts and will let shoppers in accordingly.

• If you wish to purchase a large item, please ask for a sold sticker to fill out. Once you have pulled an item’s tag you are obligated to purchase that item.

• Examine all items closely before you pay for them. All items are sold “as is” no refunds.

• Please bring your own help to move large items.
