Terms of Tag Sale:

1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate tag sale in Archdale, N.C. to be conducted on Friday May 30th, 2025, from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday May 31st from 9:00am-2:00pm. Address is 103 Erica Dr. Archdale, N.C. 27263. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside near garage door one hour prior to sale start time on each day of the sale. Sale will feature fine furniture, fine home decor, collectibles, outdoor items, household, kitchenware, jewelry, several Charles Frace' animal and bird prints, 14K gold jewelry, sterling jewelry, costume jewelry, large Cybus native American figurines, African collectibles, Christmas, ladies clothing and shoes, bedding and linens, lots of books on orchids and flowers, vintage orchid slides, china, porcelain, figurines, some tools, and more.
