PORT CITY AUCTIONS and is an estate, auction, business liquidation and realty company licensed in N.C., S.C. and VA.
Our auction house is located at 3911 Market Street, Wilmington, N.C. 28403 AND 300 W Henry St Atkinson, NC 28421.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the exact condition and authenticity of each item. Oral and written descriptions given by its staff members in person or electronically are given as a courtesy to a client, are only an opinion, and should not be considered as a guarantee of age, composition, or authenticity.

By buying, you signify that you have either closely examined the items, have chosen not to examine them, or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you.
2. The AUCTIONEER reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason deemed appropriate, including any lots that may have a reserve, or if there is a lack of interest or lack of appropriate interest. Port City Auctions shall always have the right to withdraw any item at any time for any reason and to default any sale in the event of an error or dispute.
3. 7% Sales Tax applied. Sold as-is where-is no refunds or exchanges.
4. LEGAL: Negative feedback, publicly posted comments and / or all complaints resulting from buyers's failure to read and/or understand terms & conditions will be aggressively pursued by legal counsel with bidder(s) responsible for all legal fees. Must be 21 years of age to purchase a firearm. Any regulated items will be transferred through a licensed dealer (FFL) with all required background checks and documentation.

Notes: Doors open at 8:30am for preview. Gun catalog starts @ 10:30am. Guns are not kept on premises. All guns require a Concealed to Carry Permit or a transfer at a FFL Dealer. You must present Concealed to Carry permit at registration. All firearms that require a transfer will be done off premises. FFL will charge a $25 transfer fee. Guns will be able to be transferred day of sale at:
Duplin Armory 514 W Main St Beulaville, NC (less than 1 mile from auction facility).
