Please bring help to load any large purchase. Our staff will not be able to assist with moving items in or out of the property.
It is helpful to have your own wrapping material! Limited amounts provided.
All items are sold AS IS, Where is. Please look items over or test them prior to purchase. All Sales are Final.
Resellers must bring a copy (for us to keep) of your resale certificate.
No Large Bags or Purses allowed.
Entry numbers are handed out one hour prior to the beginning of the sale.

Please join us for another fun-filled two-day estate sale hosted by Rans, Peter, and the Bluestar Estate Sales team! This home offers vintage furniture and decor, sterling silver, furs, vintage film posters, coins, women's clothing, appliances, electronics, vintage books, Christmas & seasonal decor, garage items, art, garden & outdoor items, and so much more.
Name brands such as: Samsung, Thomasville, Corning, Fire King, Johnson Bros, Whitehall by Colony, and many more.
PLEASE ONLY PARK ON THE RESIDENCE SIDE OF THE STREET. Please maintain a fire lane at all times. Observe "No Estate Sale Parking This Side of Street" signs. Please do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Residence driveway is reserved for loading purchased items.
Please come prepared to load large purchases, all items must be removed during sale hours or by arrangement. We DO NOT have staff to help you load. We can refer you to local movers for large furniture purchases.
Please note we do not sell items over the phone. We can be quite busy setting up for the sale, so we might be delayed in responding to phone calls or texts. We look forward to seeing you there.
Entry numbers will be handed out 1 hour prior to the start of the sale.
