3. Item Holds & Pickups
Items marked “SOLD” have been paid for and must be picked up by end of sale day unless other arrangements are made.
Bring help to load heavy items — staff cannot assist with lifting or loading.
Please bring your own moving supplies: dolly, straps, blankets, etc.
4. Conduct & Courtesy
Be respectful of the property and other shoppers.
No large bags, purses, or backpacks inside the sale area.
Handle items with care — you break it, you buy it.
Photography is permitted for reference only (no early claims).
All items are sold as is, where is, without warranty.
5. Parking
Park only in designated areas and do not block driveways or mailboxes.
Follow posted signage and any parking instructions from staff.
