Payment by CASH / CARD (NO REFUNDS)
In cases of bad weather or location credit card services are not always available.
DO NOT park on the Grass NOT a single blade
If you park incorrectly they will tow your vehicle in this neighborhood
We will put sign up list out at 9 am (First Come- First Serve)
We will open at 10 am to start the sale
You are responsible to load your own items (that means bring help!)
All items are sold "as is-where is"
We are giving public notice this house has an alarm system in use
Hoarding items/switching tags and such behavior is a Big No No
We are not responsible for accidents /theft or injuries while on the clients property
If items are not picked up at appointed times and the sale has ended you will
not receive a refund.
We do our best to update the pictures anytime something is pulled from a sale.

YELP it is 50% Day
Everything is the same ole' same ole'
as with our normal sales. We had to add a
couple things -
1. No Dogs (except service dogs with their badge)
2. This is a very manicured neighborhood so please
park respectfully.
3. It is going to be hot and sunny so come prepared.
4. We do not load or move large or heavy items.
If you can't figure it out then just don't buy it.
5. Remember we are inviting you into someones
home - you are a guest. Thank you to all our wonderful
