1. Sale Conduct
- All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
- Items are sold "as-is, where-is." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition or functionality of items.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone disrupting the sale process.
2. Payment
- We accept cash, and credit/debit cards. No checks are accepted unless otherwise noted.
- Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
3. Item Pickup
- Purchased items must be removed by the buyer on the day of the sale, unless other arrangements are approved by us in advance.
- Buyers are responsible for any moving, loading, or transport of items. Please bring adequate help and vehicles for large or heavy items.
4. Liability
- Buyers attend the sale at their own risk. I.C. Treasure Company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage that may occur on the property or during item removal.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or property.
5. Pricing and Discounts
- Pricing is as marked; no haggling or negotiation is permitted unless otherwise stated.
- Any advertised discounts will apply only at specified times and on designated items.
6. Holding of Items
- We do not hold or reserve items prior to the sale. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Description & Details
There will be items for sale in the house and in the detached shop. This seller has traveled all of the U.S. and many international locations with many treasures brought from all over. The house is full of well taken care of furniture, home goods, and decor while the detached shop holds many tools, garden supplies, home supplies, 2 kilns, and around 650 small and large ceramic molds. There are a lot of handmade ceramic figurines and lawn art. This sale has so much and a little bit of everything included!
