We have a couple new policies for our estate sales- CASH/VENMO/ZELLE are the ONLY forms of payment we accept. We no longer take CREDIT/DEBIT cards.
Numbers for entry to the sale will go out an hour before the start of the sale.
A friendly reminder that we DO NOT honor lists. We will place numbers out 1 hour before we open the doors. You must be present to receive a number. Please don't wait in your car and assume you have a place in line. We suggest that once you arrive at the sale form a line at the front door. We want our sales to be a fun and a positive experience for everyone.
Removal of large pieces of furniture/rugs may need to be arranged to be picked up at the end of the sale day or at later designated date.
If moving services are needed, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate all moving details.
By entering this sale, you agree to these terms-
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
We do not load vehicles.
All sales are final and sold "as is." No exchanges, no returns.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.
Occasionally the homeowner may change their mind and decide to keep certain items. We do our best to accurately portray the items that will be for sale.
Fabulous Finds does not allow previewing or purchasing items before the sale.
We do not quote prices prior to the sale.
We do not offer shipping.

Fabulous Finds Estate Sales is excited to bring you a FABULOUS downsizing sale in the Peninsula! This beautiful, lake front home features a mix of traditional and contemporary furniture, rugs, lamps, and home decor from extensive travels around the world. This is the perfect sale for you to find the perfect piece to spruce up your home for the holidays. You will find a gorgeous 60 inch round English dining table with extensions that would be the perfect place to gather around for a holiday dinner. A neutral sectional sofa, Chinoiserie chairs, breakfast table, and upholstered counter stools are just a few of the items that will be for sale. This home was made for entertaining therefore the kitchen is stocked with serving pieces, glassware, Cuisinart pots and pans, and a collection of Spode Christmas Tree. The homeowner was an avid gardener and has lots of planters for sale.
