We have a new payment policy - CASH/VENMO/ZELLE are the only forms of payment we accept. We no longer take DEBIT/CREDIT cards.
A friendly reminder - We do not honor lists for entry. We will place numbers out one hour before the start of the sale. Please do not wait in your car and assume you have a place in line. We suggest that once you arrive at the sale, form a line at the front door.
Removal of large pieces of furniture/rugs may need to be arranged to be picked up at the end of the sale day or at a later designated date.
By entering the sale, you agree to these terms:

All sales are Final and sold "as is." No exchanges or returns.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
Please bring your own tote bags and packing paper.

Fabulous Finds Estate Sales is excited to bring you a ONE DAY SALE in Davidson on
Sunday, November 16th from 12pm - 4pm.
This is a smaller sale, but definitely one you don't want to miss!
The beautifully decorated home looks like it came straight out of a magazine! The homeowners are downsizing and parting with some truly lovely pieces, including collected antiques, high-end outdoor furniture by Brown Jordan, gilt wall mirrors, kitchenware, and tasteful home decor.
