You cannot show up before 6 am. The marina is private property and their insurance will not allow anyone on their lot before 6 am. The grass field at the marina is where parking for the sale  will be. I will be there at 6 to show people where to park  

This sale has something for everyone. This is a large home on Lake Norman with 3 condos beside the home that are also included in the sale. These are just some of the items you will see:

Huge doll collection including American Girl, Barbie, Madam Alexander, Cabbage Patch, Kalico Kids(Suzanne Gibson dolls 1973), Royal Daulton, Shaders China dolls, dolls by Jerri, Vogue Effanbee, German dolls, Strawberry Shortcake, Marjorie Spangler, full set that was pulled brand new out of a large box of Nisbet Zodiac bears, Tiara, Ideal, Sara Stimson, Sasha dolls, and Elvis Presley dolls just to name a few. Table full of American Girl accessories. Most are brand new.

Huge Lego collection. Most of these are unopened. 

To be fair to everyone, I will not accept offers on Legos and American Girl dolls for the complete collections. However, I will consider an offer on these at the beginning of the 2nd day. That way, everyone had a fair chance to purchase an item. 

Game systems and games including XBox, Playstation, and Sega.

There are just a few things that I have listed as a pre sell due to needed room. These are the only pieces. The following is a list of those items:

We have just decided to pre sell all the beds in the upstairs of the condos. The reason is we just found out that the box spring will not make the turn coming down the stairs. So we actually have to tie ropes to them and lower them down from the upstairs balcony on each condo. So for safety reasons, we’re going to pre sell them as I feel it would do hazardous to attempt to hoist these from the balcony while the sale is going on. These beds were rarely used. Mattresses are very comfortable. Homeowner said they were used once or twice at most,
